At the closing of the exhibition “A Constellation on Earth”, dedicated to the architectural work of the memorial for the victims of the 3 October 2013 shipwreck in Lampedusa, designed by Arch. Vincenzo Latina, the closing conference will take place.
The event will feature a dialogue between archaeologist Francesca Anichini from the University of Pisa, with a talk entitled “At the Border of Matter. An Archaeological Reading of Migration Dynamics”, and architect Vincenzo Latina from the University of Catania, with a talk entitled “Tolerance in Architecture is not the Architecture of Tolerance”.
The session will be introduced by Luca Frontali, President of the Order of Architects PPC of the Province of Ravenna.
